in previous chapters MC said only retards shout before attack and in chapter 72 he did the same thing and he's killed so many people so why is he influenced by his previous family,a girl and a dead serpent make his character more rigid and clear.

Yeah. I wanted to make it more dramatical fight scene. And his family still has a mark on him even in a new life. It'll take him time to completely move past that. As for the dead girl, he's not a heartless person who'd shy away from responsibility if he directly caused some innocent's death. That's not how real world works, you can't just run away away in such cases. As for the Somir's case, he was hugely affected by the will of the mother who sacrificed itself unlike his family who were never there for him. I hope this helps clear out the confusion.
