Started off promising but turned into a cultivation novel after chapter 130, dropped. I dont understand why authors always go this route whenever they bave a system involve in the story. I also don’t get why MC always getting frustrated when he doesn’t have enough energy to spend when he can just sleep for a couple hundred years.

Too bad. He's pseudo-immortal, meaning they'll eventually die while he lives on. Why drag out the process? Heck, if they're lucky enough, they'll gain immortality and maybe see him in the future (Props to them if they don't die while he's out cold).

He is not pseudo immortal he is immortal as an energy can't be destroyed. Even the system itself mention it all he has to fear is energy loss which can be gained later

True and after getting sufficient energy he could teleport to the inner core of the planet and sleep for a while and besides for sleep is like in an instant as it's just his mind stoping
