Well I definitel did enjoy the earlier parts of this book, it just continued to get worse and worse. Don’t get me wrong the concept is very interesting but it fails when it comes to the executions. I would say the main issue I have with this book and the authors other works is that he/she tries to hid things from the readers to much. I’ve lost count of how many times the author tries to make things mysterious and secretive and by the time we finally find out the answer I don’t really care about it anymore. Now this wouldn’t be an issue if it was done right but the author is to forceful and it doesn’t flow well. Next is the lack of plot development. I remember 20 something chapters was just about some gaming tournament were we got nothing of substance. It was literally 20 chapters talking about playing video games. Honestly like… I could say a lot more but I’m on my phone and it’s a pain in *** to write so I’ll stop here. It’s a good book, but the author needs to force more on the plot and stop hiding so much information from the readers.

disagreed in anti god there are lots of times where information is withheld for no reason. when it would make sense since characters have the information but decide not to share for whatever reason. It is true you try to make your novels more mysterious for no reason. and hiding behind an excuse of that "your characters are the reason behind your writing skills" is a terrible excuse.
Resurgent:I definitely appreciate what you are trying to say buy it's not me but the characters who can only reveal information at the appropriate time. Revealing information beforehand when it doesn't make sense and for no reason is weird. only when the plot calls for it can the characters reveal information. About the gaming tournament if you had read my own review, you would have read that I made almost 100 chaps free because I started this novel as an relaxing and slice of life Novel. So of course there would be slice of life chapters and they were free as well which shouldn't hurt your wallet in the slightest and u cud have skipped if u didn't like it as well.
