Review Detail of hatefulb in MHA: Minor Quirk System ( almost having no quirk)

So I usually refrain myself from reviewing novels especially when there's not that many chapters available(60 atm), but I just felt like I had to do it for this one. So far this novel has really good character development(it might feel a bit long until U.A. arc but it's worth the wait) and while MC might feel OP at the same time he feels quite balanced. After reaching the U.A. arc it's not as predictable as most fanfics because of the changes our MC brings which doesn't make you bored reading something you know about. Author himself is very interactive with answering readers comments and has great attitude. Like I said I rarely review novels and this is the first fanfic that I review.
