why this is pick? they are better pilot read there like the novel where the MC have Tree of life as starting package to build his kingdom(forget the title) but it's the most votes on pilot read (more than 2700+)yet this novel only have few hundreds of votes have pick? then why we do voting poll for?Or just they only serialized what did they buy chapters at cheap cost?

yes there so many other pilot read that I am anticipating to be release because they are on the top of the votes and yet other pilot read like this with low votes gets serialize.
