It's a si-fi novel, of course there are going to be things that aren't possible in real life!

I think that the point he's trying to make is that it's not that it isn't possible to build a complete dyson sphere around the sun. But that doing such a thing would be stupid and illogical as not only do we not have a use for the excess energy even if we do survive the construction of this massive project, but we also wouldn't have the resources to even build it without destroying the solar system.

yup, as far I understand, a feasible dyson sphere system will need so much materials that may not be available even if we mine all the planets and asteroids in solar system.

He discusses this consequence near the start of the book so I suggest reading fully before leaving a review in future but he suggests either to leave a hole in the dyson sphere to continue light on earth or create a dyson ring etc instead.

no it can be build it just needs some time and materials whic will require minning of an entire planet . my father is a ln astronomer so ,i asked him .

Building something on the scale of a planet isn't astronomy, it just isn’t. Also mining away an entire planet and bringing its materials to the sun would require quite a lot of resources as well. This is also completely disregarding the energy requirement for any of this. At this point in time, mining has a theoretical minimum of 53 Terawatt hours per year, this is just a minuscule amount of mining compared to mining an entire planet away. Only the first half-mile of the Earth's 30 mile thick crust has been mined so far, in thousands of years. It would take so long and so much energy to just mine a planet away that it really isn't worth it for a dyson sphere that we don't need. It would likely take hundreds of trillions of Terawatt hours to just mine away enough material to build the sphere, much less to transport the material or even build the sphere itself. Then we have to look into building the transports. Oh wow, that’s even more material to mine and more energy to waste! All in all, building a dyson sphere is a poor idea because it takes too much energy, resources, and it would probably take billions of years to even gather all the energy required to mine the resources for it (this is including the growth of our ability to generate energy).

well i guess you are right but there are many crazy ones in human history so ,who knows what will happen?. so lets just wait and watch, well if we are able to live for some thousands of years.😋

They talk about that in the novel and acknowledge it does that

based on novel synopsis, . please remove this kinda comments after novel is released, or at the least read it . now it's got dropped, because of low rating.... & stupid idiotic story got picked... . sigh*

Oh common, you didn't understand the point.... . what I wanted to say is atleast give a review after reading 20 ~ chapters . & only if you found plot holes ( like author said something in 1st chapter & did something different in 3rd chapter ) which makes a plot hole - give negative review for that . but why is he giving 1 star just coz he didn't like the synopsis ( 😔 ) .... it feels bad just coz I won't be able to read this anymore... . I mean review are to help not to destroy someone's reading experience....
