The Protagonist has so far proved intelligent with certain actions and the author maintains the level of servitude in an acceptable margin, nothing exaggerated so far. So it is not necessary to worry about getting the wrong idea of silly comments like 'The protagonist counts too much for his master'' or 'He knelt to his master, that is annoying'.
