I do like the setting and the author makes it plain that the MC is there to take the exam process to become part of the administration. The characters, I feel, need a bit of work. Miss Tokunaga, for example, seemed too uncaring for leading the top elite organization that everyone wanted to get into. And I think the author is trying to tell the story from too many points of view, which is a bit jarring in my opinion.

Thank you for the review. I understand your concern with the POV switching, future chapters will have a lot less switching. However, it is still important for me to switch POVs since the story relies on that. About Tokunaga, it's normal that she's a bit cold despite her position, however, this was done on purpose. I hope you stick around and see why she is so cold and what role she will play in the story.
