Writing based on just the first chapter so keep that in mind :). On the whole it was quite entertaining and immersive. You're immediately put in the shoes of the female protagonist, Avyanna, and from the get go you're drawn in. Following which we get some glimpses into her character, thought process and overall life situation. And given that this is a romance novel, the male protagonist doesn't take long to appear either. Won't give any more details as that'd spoilery :). The writing itself is quite fun to read and expressive. The author seems to try to make every word mean something and have most words add something to the characters, reveal their nature or serve as worldbuilding. Which is quite a pleasant sight as webnovel tend to employ plenty of fillers without much content to hit that word quota. The world building is quite good for a first chapter so I can't say much more than what's already been said. Overall, I liked it quite a bit and can see a bright future in this novel as right from the start the author avoids typical webnovel pitfalls like lacking worldbuilding, filler text and lackluster start.
