Clearly was just put through google translate. Mc is called Charlot, it's a male mc. Uses the US as the setting, but fails to depict anything that supports it. Name of starting city is ridiculous and the author was too lazy to look up a random US city name. Uses the US Secret Service as a plot device, without knowing how they work.
