Review Detail of Localu in God of Tricksters

I really love the beginning of this book. The world building and all the characters feel great. But as the story progressed it lost a lot of what made unique. The beginning where he was alone by himself and only fighting for himself was great. But at the point of the book I'm at the story becomes really generic he joins a team in his school and his tricking and stuff is limited to team strategies.

Dont worrie he goes back at beeing alone, then with only a select few that he trusts, but almost never more then 3-4 people with him. Right now he is back at beeing alone and fighting alone, probably for a good chunck. He does have some coop missions here and there but he is mostly a loner, that slowlys grows into opening his hearth a bit to a select few. If you stopped I would recomend starting again since we get a lot of development and its really cool
does he finally get a girlfriend or is he still solo? Romance isn't make it or break it for me but teasing romance for the 99% of the novel, but getting barely anywhere gets annoying when I read novels
