Review Detail of anon88 in Transmigrating to the 80s to Become Stepmom to Five Bigwigs

This is a review of the first thirty chapters. The story is fast passed and the translation is mostly clear. This is a female lead transmigration novel with science fiction elements set in the 80’s. The female lead ( Mu Jingzhe) transmigrated into a novel about the brilliant and kind Mu Xue who was bullied by her aunt and cousin until she was rescued by the male lead (Tang Moling). Mu Jingzhe finds out that her character was supposed to be the early evil cannon fodder who “stole stuff” and argued with the female while chasing after “her” men. She is then later killed by her abandoned evil step-children. In reality (the plot), Mu Xue broke up her enlisted boyfriend when he brought back a child right before their engagement. This “great” lover then married her cousin (Mu Jingzhe) just to get someone to look after his 5 young children while he returned to the army. The first thirty chapters center on how Mu Jingzhe wants to avoid her bad ending by raising/protecting her step-children well hoping that they will not kill her when they reach adulthood. Along the way, the reader also finds out that the novel’s ml and fl are selfish pretentious people that are only attractive with the author’s rosey glass filter added on. This is a good pick if you like child care stories.
