Because the trail read is suposed to be 40 chapters and then quickly release chapters by translating the already made chapters. So even if this book was picked we would have to wait on the new chapters to be released, and then for webnovel to translate them before we got them

99% sure that it was sarcasm. Anyways, 95% seems like an undercut for how many of these novels are incomplete. Plus how many of "completed" ones were actually axed and had a rushed ending or completely different writers nearing the end? Like 50% of the ones that have finished seem like that to me.

99% of the books in energy voting are translations. Which means you can find them online. Either translated by a fansite, translated by a mtl (machine translator) or in raw form(original language.) For the raws you can use google translator's function of translating a whole page to read it. The grammar will be bad but it is quite doable.
