It's just bad. Characters are written terribly, Percy isn't the strong war-hero he's supposed to be but instead some pussy that can get bullied by a newbie Demigod, all of his friends who he's known for years all turn their backs on him for no goddamn reason other than 'liking the new kid more than Percy' or whatever bullshit reason is used. The grammar is horrible also. Which only makes the edginess of the book even more cringey because most of the sentences are broken and hard to read. Overall, it's your classic run-of-the-mill revenge fic. Too edgy, no actual plot, and a lot of character bashing.
