I must say, even though I usually am rather skeptical when it comes to AUs, your story has captivated me to a point where I couldn't help myself but read all chapters (currently 16) in one go until 4 in the morning, causing me to have a terrible migraine when I had to get up 3 hours later. But, it was worth the pain. Grammatically, there were one or two minor issues that can be considered negligible. The pacing is mostly well done. In my personal opinion, instead of some of the time-skips, especially the one of his world-travels, I would've preferred if you had put in some time to depict a handful of the different communities by letting Quinn interact with them directly, maybe even form some connections with a person or two that could've been used later on in the story. On the other hand, when it came to the MC's study of legilimency and occlumency, it sometimes went too in-depth on the subject, making me feel as if I was sitting in on an actual lecture. This is a double-edged blade, as it makes the story more relatable and showcases just how hard the subject is and how much work Quinn had to put into his mastery of it, yet it is also quite tedious to read, so much so that I had to hold myself back from just skipping over most of it. The characters are wonderful. Quinn, as the MC, did not meet any God who granted him some ridiculous wishes, nor did he get any system, overpowered abilities, or get reincarnated as the scion of some long-lost bloodline or a mysterious orphan. I'm really thankful, that you did not turn him into some genius hidden mastermind that is trying to take down the current government by becoming some crazy investor, inventor, or an influenial figure. He actually has to put time and effort into learning a variety of things, experiencing a lot of failure before eventually succeeding, and while he becomes rather good at the things he does, it is made abundantly clear that he still has a long road ahead of him. The way Quinn interacts with his family and teacher are also a joy to read. Especially his relationship with Mr. Allen was beautifully done. That old man has become one of my favorite characters, which is why I was quite sad when their teacher-student relationship had come to an end. Hopefully, he will be back in the future. Another thing that I quite liked, is that Quinn had another option other than Hogwarts, and that he actually spend some time thinking and talking to his family before eventually coming to a decision. Lastly, as this is an AU story, I'm quite intrigued by which path this will take. Two things in particular. One being that Harry's parents weren't the ones to die to Moldyshorts that fateful night, as well as him having a twin sister, but also that Quinn is rather appalled by his wand and the feeling he gets from it, and is trying to avoid using it. I wonder how the latter will influence the path that Quinn takes with his magic. I can only hope, that the author can see it in his heart to continue this masterpiece and bring it to a finish. It would be a great loss to the community, if a beauty like this one was to be left to rot in the archives in a discontinued state.
