RI and WMW are one of a kind and even at that, RI is way better than WMW. If you like mc with brains then, here is my list - Grandmaster strategist - lord of the mysteries ( a little dumb at first but became smarter as the story progresses) - Renegade Immortal - To be a power in the shadows. Those are the things that came to my mind cuz I recently read them.

Ah yeah. I forgot about that one. I have only finished the first volume about chap 90 something. It really gave me Some reversed Jo Jo vibes.
SavageGamer:only one who can keep up with those two novels with an evil/smart mc is Soul of Negary. The mc motive is to gain absolutele strength bc he thinks it's the only way to be truly free and independent.
