It'a a copy of:Digging to Survive: I Can See Hints. Its average nothing good nothing bad its ok. If DtS is 100/100 then quality of SUSPS is 60-70/100. In short its system novel with a lot of plot armor(mc on 1cave is attached by beast and ofc survive thx to spell and sword he got thx to plot armor/gold finger).

Actually, this novel was put in the voting event first than the digging to survive: i can see hints, but digging to survive: i can see hints was somehow released first in trial read than this novel
