Sadly, it's fanfic because of all the video game references and characters. Unlike china-based web authors who have chinese copyright laws, the rest of the world outside of china don't. So that's why the chinese authors have their freedom of doing this like in Terror Infinity with all the western movies, Hail the King (uses Diablo 2 a lot) or I'm really a Superstar. So fanfic it is... That's why I lock the later half of the story in Pat re on so at least I get something for my labor of love in this uncontracted story.
Wait, China has laws that allow them to monetize content based on IP's that they do not own? I would be thankful if you could provide more information on this.
