don't be like those people who don't read because of a bad review the only reason this has a bad review is because of their dumb reason some say he is stupid(he is very smart) with his dumb decision(every action has a reason) I have caught up with this novel and ask anything you want I will answer all of it. Those low reviews are written by dumb mother f****R everything they said is wrong don't be mislead by them.

I agree, for a hospital patient reincarnated into a young boy body, he is accurate, smart but not omipotent and all knowing. the plot is also very good, not much cliche . but one sad thing is, translator devide chapter into 3 part to increase chapter count. original chapter is pretty long, but translator cloud have adjusted chapter into part a,b,c.. but they instead increase chapter number, so if u want to read raw or in Chinese, good luck finding chapter number bc it a mess
