No system as something bad? I think that most authors just use those because they can´t make their own world interesting. I mean, we have chakra, why should anybody need an extra system when it is far more interesting should they be able to achieve the height of (for example) Naruto by themself?

It feels more realistic this way . System fics have protagonist OP from the start which kinda makes it boring .
