Attention. A lot of frustrations are waiting for you. So for up to near 300 chapters author basically tortures the protagonist. And the protagonist has almost no character development. His naivety, poor judgements of characters or situations has yet to show any improvements. I know you will argue with me here saying that he's still 16 years old, but I'm only saying this according to other characters in the story.

i think you are going to hard on mc, yess he is a despicable worm who always do dumb stuff at the start, but he did get better. I find the development way more natural and tasty with the slow motion that is going. I mean, almost all the novels here the mc is the dumb naive trash of the city and in one month is tricking a dragon with infinite wisdom and ripping off the greatest treasure auction in the continent. This is real stuff, being trusting and naive when growing up sticks a lot and i really dont want him to just turn into his friend Julian ( smart and cunning)

I prefer smart and cunning to naive and idiotic. Just knowing the MC is naive and idiotic is enough for me to know that this is a book ill be staying away from.

I'm fine with naive and idiotic if I'm reading/watching a comedy. Otherwise it gets annoying really fast.
