haven't figured that out yet. I don't plan on there being any romance until he's at least 16. there's a few girls who are good options, but this won't be a harem, and I won't be stealing anybodys girl. well anybody that matters at least

Dude. Your story should not revolve around you restricting yourself to things. So what if a couple got together in the original? The world is already different with the MC in it. Holding yourself back from changing things that happened in the canon is a rabbit hole you should not fall into. I am okay with the 16 years old thing but the foundation of romances is usually built while younger.

I 100% get what you're saying, and with most things I am changing cannon, but I grew up with these guys it would feel so wrong if my Mc got with hinata or Sakura ( she may die though idk ) you get what I'm saying?

Better than the alternative tbh. Hinata got a neglectful husband and Sakura got an absent one. Ino got a sociopath who can't really relate to others but fakes it till he makes it. The movie characters did not really end up with anyone. Honestly, a lot of the pairings just don't make sense if you look at it without the nostalgia filters. But it's your fic so do what you feel is best.

Ok, Loser. Nowhere did I say I wanted a harem. Nowhere did I say to pick Hinata. I said restricting yourself based on original couples is stupid. And I said the original couples were awful. How about you read with those two eyes you have? I pointed out how none of the original couples made much sense or were horrible together. Choosing a romantic interest should be natural and not restricted. The character should mesh well with the MC and not be forced to mesh well with the MC simply because of lack of choices.

most of them are also horrifically weak or boring sole exceptions being hinata, and Sakura as much as nobody wants to admit it at then end of shibuden her physical strength was off the record. hinata was just the coolest, but as I'm not a cuck, I'll not be cucking my favorite childhood hero lol
