An enjoyable novel to read through, i recommend reading it if you already havent. Though in some places the story is a little slow or forced it is overall very fun to read.

I've only read the first couple of chapters. I'd like to know though, does the MC become a dog of the military? Or does he leave eventually?

No he does not as of right now become a dog of the military, quite the opposite I think, they aren't really friendly to the MC
