Before anyone of you starts reading this, y'all should expect something quite boring because all of us want action immediately or chemistry to happen. Please, delete all of that thought, because a great story doesn't start on that, it needs character, dialogue, and most of all storyline, it's a basic thing that the author has but not readers. So if you're good for some good'all novel, start with this. English is pretty decent, the grammar is consistent, and the pace is quite good. The cons that I only sought on this one, for me of course, is the dialogue. Just for me of course, but you should not asking that for me because all of us have preferences for each other.
