Author, I'm really glad that you started this fanfic, because I have long wanted to read good fanfic on Slime Datta Ken, and I can say that your work is very good, of course there are moments that, as for me, should be improved, but basically everything is great, the only thing what I would like is that you are in no rush to advance the plot, and I would also like to add more detail to the chapters, for example, a description of the environment or some conversations of his troops, and everything will be tip-top. P.S. Well, I am not an author, so my comments and recommendations may not be very "correct".

Well to be fair the original novel was basically the same The anime in another world as a slime was pretty much just a Slice of Life novel the only anime I can think of the has more Slice of Life is in a different world with a smartphone

To be completely honest with Rimuru from the original was Super OP just from the beginning because of his unique skill that pretty much allowed him to devour everything to strengthen himself if Rimuru wasn't such a damn pacifist he probably could have already defeated everybody in the novel by chapter 20 with his op ass skill
