Is it legal for people to make an eastern fantasy with western names? i’m planning go make a novel but dont wanna get backlash for ‘disregarding’ thr culture. I just don’t want to mash rabdom chinese names together.

Actually even I thought of this issue. The thing is, Eastern fantasy stories was started and based the Eastern culture. so for convenience they used the names from their country or region. If you use Western names for the novel, I don't see any difference it's just not many have done that. And as new works are published many are using Western names. so in future it will get common. just give your best for the story.

hey jeet, yes please vote with power stones oh the novel which has more chapters. this novel was my first work and that is before signing the contract with webnovel. and after signing the contract I had to upload on a new platform hence I will not be uploading chapters here...but on the novel with more chapters.
