Review Detail of Leicchi in The Ultimate Support Character

Ohh the author's a fellow Filipino! The story seems to be in the cliche typical type Japanese animes and mangas, but I'll try nonetheless since it looks promising and for the sake of supporting a fellow Pinoy. ;)
