i like these types of books. it actually feels like losing money to be a Tycoon yet the MC is so down to earth or normal that you can relate to the guy. the only thing I can't relate to is his BS**t luck that almost rival Boss Pei's.

I totally agree. This book has a lot of potential and even if it is somehow a kind of an IRAS mix up with Losing-money-to-be-a-tycoon, it is still a great read. Hope that this will be selected.
