Writing quality is good, pretty stable updates of writing this review, story development is good if you are into fluff and somewhat stupid MC. MC is a monster hunter with no hunter reflexes and instinct, the usual japanese dumb mc archetype. Tries to be a bad ass mc with bad ass past. The story is fluff and kind of forced at some parts specially past the second chapter. Plot holes. Some parts seemed forced and can get a little cringey at times. If you are into dumb japanese like MCs then this will be for you, the added fluff is a bonus for you

As you can see, I, the Author, put in this warning to keep people who don't like it, away. But alas, someone didn't heed the warning and is now giving my story a bad review. Imagine my absolute shock. No hunter reflexes or instincts? Dude, he's stopped Moka from drinking his blood multiple times when she's tried to jump on him. Whereas the original Tsukune couldn't stop her. His instincts also warned him about Inner Moka coming out and how dangerous she was, as well. So I don't know what more you want from a fanfic about a comedy harem manga. Do you want him to start killing all the monsters he sees on sight? Is that what you mean by hunter instincts? I really don't know. Whatever. The only somewhat stupid person I see here is you, for not being able to adhere to a warning about a story. I put it there to keep people who don't like fluff and sappy romance away. What a surprise that someone saw the warning and still reads the story, only to complain. God I hate this site sometimes.
I did read it but I wanted to know how sappy it is and wrote that it is in line with fluff level sappiness, this helps potential readers who are into fluff but not too much sap to read your work. Imagine my non existent shock that you can't understand the review is not for the author(you) For the hunter reflexes and instincts, yes he stopped it and yes he knew about inner Moka but anyone competent would be able to do that and deduce that, but the way it was written did not really made it look that way specially when he is posed as somewhat as an *****. You can't also compare him with Tsukune which is a kid. Comparing an ***** with a lot of experiences with a kid just proves my point. Continuing with the instincts and reflexes, for you to assume that I want him to kill all monsters he sees on sight just makes an ass out of you since you could written him with a more mature feel as it is demanded from his maturity and being a hunter. But instead he is written like he is like a normal fag with extra steps. As to why I had to read your work with the warning is because some authors underestimate, overestimate or use their own bias on their works. For example, you warned your work being sappy with non complex romance. After reading it, the simple romance is there but the sappiness is on the level of fluff. Some authors use this as a form of click bait and some are genuinely gems. You have proven your level of comprehension and I am disappointed that you equate a review as that of a complaint, to which you are doing - complaining. A review is made so others can make there own judgement separate from what the authors own view of their own work, remember that before you start complaining.

It's a review on my story about my story; I'll complain if I damn well want to. If you've spent any amount of time on this website, you know that most people complain for the sake of complaining in their reviews. I simply thought you were like every other brain dead reviewer on this site. Sappiness and fluff are the same bloody thing in this context. You're just going on about semantics to make your review seem like it's the 'righteous' thing to do. I warned people that the novel would be sappy (meaning mawkishly over-sentimental) and that's all that was needed. Anyone who proceeds should know they've been warned well enough and if they dislike the book, they only have themselves to blame for reading it despite the warning. And hold up a minute, mate, you're not doing this for anyone other than yourself. Just be honest with yourself. You couldn't give a rat's arse about if other people are disappointed or led astray by the book - you're only venting because you yourself are disappointed with the way the book is written. But okay, sure, you're a warrior for the people and you're on an ever-so-righteous cause to stop people from being led astray lmao.

Sappy is not equal to fluff as sappy has some exaggerations irregardless of context. No, you're right, I can't expect that. But what I can expect is that people who read the warning, read the story and then go "This novel is way too sappy!" in a review or a comment, have a little bit of shame and self-awareness before they comment/review such things after they've already been warned. It's like reading a warning that says [Danger, Keep Out], then reading and ignoring the warning, and then complaining about getting hurt. And if that's not stupid, I don't know what is, honestly. I wouldn't say I hate the site per se. It's more that certain people on this site are absolute dickheads who aggravate me thoroughly. The sites actually really good and is a valid way for me to read books and whatnot.

Eh, it's tit for tat where I'm from and grew up, so I did this on pure reflex, honestly. I know as the author I should show a bit more maturity and just take the review and move on, but I'm honestly not that mature and I'm petty as hell, so sometimes I can't help myself when it comes to certain reviews.

I honestly wouldn't care if somebody insulted my work because I don't plan on it being a full-time thing and even then if I was putting all my hard work into it I wouldn't care about people insulting my work because I know the work that I'm putting in to get chapters out.

That's kinda bull****. You said even if you put your full effort into it, you still would not care if someone gave a bad review, that's absolute bullcrap. I bet that your pride would take a hit. It does not matter if you know the work you are putting in, you would at least feel disappointed or something. First it's not bullsh*t unlike others I've learned to ignore what people say and just don't care anymore Second because I want to see if the story might be good to read, yeah I read reviews but I also check the book out..the only exception is when s book has a rating of 3.2 stars with people complaining about the same thing which tells you it's bad back to the first thing I wouldn't care if somebody left a bad review because at the end of the day it's their opinion, just because one person said they don't like it doesn't mean everybody else isn't gonna like it. Now if the person is making shIt up saying the mc got Ntr'd or whatever I'm just gonna delete the review because by then it's not a review it's just the person hating on my novel for no reason
