Review Detail of Prognastat in I Was Reborn and I Think I Love the Villainess

Nothing makes sense least of all the MC who seems to have something wrong with his brain. So first off MC doesn't like the girl that behaves sweet but is a sadist in the sack because he doesn't want to be dominated. However he is head over heels for the girl that treats him like crap and seems to hate him, but is allegedly a sweet maiden deep down. Yet he seems to actually get turned on most frequently when she actually denigrates him, so what is it. Does he want the girl that is nice to him, but will also like to dominate him which he seems to be into or does he want the girl that's sweet deep down then why the hell is he responding well when she isn't sweet? MC also seems to have his brain fall out and thinks it's brilliant to seduce the girl he has fallen in love with....by helping her seduce his brother who she apparently is gunning for. Mix this with multiple characters that seem to have multiple personalities disorder without any explanation for multiple chapters on end and I'm going to drop it at chapter 33 because I just can't any further.
