Review Detail of WellHiddenMyth in My Vampire System

This is not a review but a question: is this story really good or just overrated? should i give the story a second chance? i have read some early chapters and i didn't feel hooked at all. The MC and that strange girl in the beginning are both very weird or maybe it's the way the author write the novel that i found strange. I also felt that my brain cells are being fried while reading but then when i checked the ranking and the reviews, i became shocked as it seem like people love the stroy hence come my question.
