Review Detail of It_Does_Matters in Universe's Ultimate BOSS

Dropped at second chapter. The MC is kinda trash and the story should not be that good. He have upgrade card from the system and he used it to low-level skill. I wouldn't voice any problems if MC is smart enough to know that 4 level gap is not something that can be close with perfect low-level skill. Or should I say, there's an better option of MC talk his way out or use the Something Something Devil Scripture and upgrade it. It's not like he have to learn it for eon of years to use it. In fact, he can learn instantly and upgrading that should not be any problem. Sure, It'll affect the outcome because it's cultivation scripture and not battle one. But it's still more useful than low-level skill
