I think the Author of this is not English speaking major as it had quite a lot of issues. I dont like the -kun and -chan in the names. I especially dont like the Foxy nickname and I think Minato's character just became something else entirely.

where did you get that. Mybe the FIRST F****K LINE IN THE DESCRIPTION that says this work is translated from his original work trough MT and Grammerly? Maybe think a little bit and read the synopsys befor making an useless review
