Review Detail of Bivy_sama in The Legend of the Kyubi

I have a question and it seems I can't get an answer any other way, is the Extra chapters side story or are they chapters that come after the main story like a continuation of the main story, I haven't read it yet I just noticed that it "ends" at 347 and I wanted to know if that was the end of the story or if the Extra chapters actually continue the story
