Rise of the Undead legion? Don't know much bout necro/evil mc stories cause i prefer kingdom building above all else đ. You can search for the tag though, you can find bunch of evil mc around there

The Universal Villain(fanfiction, warning so MC extremely evil. also no romance or harem so far to the latest chapter of 88). Reverend Insanity a original novel. Its a awsme novel, and gets even more better starting from end of volume 2. There are some aspects of necromancy in it after volume 2.
