Another trash novel with rape in it. “But I was drunk” doesn’t really fly with me (or the eyes of the law). Chinese romance=rape of some form. Awful. These trial novels just show webnovel moving in the wrong direction. Also. It’s another cliche: I don’t love you, but I’ll marry you. Why is this a thing? Is it a thing in real life in China? Should I be concerned for that country? Geez. Almost every available female trial novel right now includes rape and a loveless marriage. The only reason these ladies fall in love must be Stockholm syndrome.

Because of this, I stopped reading Chinese novels of this genre. There are two options: 1) The richest man in the world who is sure to fall in love with mc. 2) She transmigrates to another world and she has super strong companions and she ultimately punishes her family and all her enemies. I'm tired of this boilerplate rubbish. I am very surprised that many people read such poor-quality things. It is sad.
