Ill just say the author is new writer Eriting Quality: meh he is writing like a story teller and using pov when character talking to each other Stability: Dont care you must fix your writing first before updating it dont make dunmy account yo just get inyo top list Character Design: Well its Naruto with a tip or red on his hair Story Development: Its all the same nothing change its like he just read other fanfic and change it a little but the essence still there World Background: All fanfic should get 1 star because they dont really create the world bavkground themself unless they make secret realms whose dont belong to cannon

Im grading it 1 star brcause its not them who create it its the original author of naruto who create it sho it should be 1 star like the name tell World Background its about creativity but when you create ir write fanfic the world background is already there
Ivan_Accosano:The only thing i dont think is just is the world background score, a lot of fanfictions have extremely good worldbuilding and even without that it can be a good fanfiction.
