Review Detail of thebalmyscholar in Never Dead

I'll be honest with you guys, I absolutely despise this comic. Mutant abilities are cool, no problems there. I absolutely hate the characters in this story. They seem like ideological terrorists and the way they are treating their new member is really disturbing. I get that you want to figure out the extent of the new member's ability, but do you have to torture him to do so? Without asking any questions or even explaining first? Like the instant he gets to their little hideout it skips straight to torture. Who would even want to read this garbage? I bet a few more chapters down the line, good old Stockholm Syndrome will kick in and he will start helping them in their cause to make a world where mutants are accepted (sounds to me like they will just wipe out regular people or something?). Since they treat their own members this way, how do you think they will treat regular people who aren't associated with them? Bunch of psychopaths imo. They keep saying sorry as they are ripping into this guy as if that will make it all better. Having to read this story simply to gain the achievement for the current event was enough. I hate stories like this and I won't be reading further. I guess the drawing is pretty good though? Only plus I can give to this story tbh.
