Finally have time to read this prequel. First of all, I want to point out how distinctively different this is from the other book Queen Lyn Clash Of Kingdoms. Both use the fantasy and romance them. But Queen Lyn focuses more on the politics and conflict. There's traces of that in Princess Lyn, but mixed in with the romance focus of Lyn and Kazuya (glad to see this mysterious ML at last). The background content regarding the Kingdoms and power system is explained a lot more here too. So all the gaps are filled in. Reading them alongside each other is fun, but if you want to get the sufficient information regarding Kingdoms. I'd start here.
