Author is making MC do things which are unnecessarily cruel with no rhyme or reason. These actions don't even appear to be impulsive. At certain point these actions stops being refreshing/surprising and become cringey. Author should follow some moderation in this aspect. Other than that the pace of the story is good and the plot is interesting. Hope he will maintain the same quality in future chapters.

Great_Y:MC has the ability to enslave his enemies but he still kills them for petty reasons. In future battles he is going to need lots of cannon fodder and rather than putting his harem in danger he should use brainwashed enemies as his soldiers. The more the better even if he has a legion of demonic beasts. Also his handling of the hostages in latest chapter is unnecessarily provacative. No need for him to be so ruthless when dealing with weak trash. He could just ignore them as they are not a threat to him and try to maintain his trust worthiness for future allies.
