Not only one of the few hidden gems, it is also one of the best novels on this site. In many ways it follows the core concepts of reincarnarion novels. Cheat treasure (in a way), the bad family member, school, and rather overpowered mc (when i say overpowered i mean in the sense of his age group, not the ridiculous type of op). However, it takes these concepts and changes their direction. Instead of the typical ending to these cliches, it gives a new, refreshing end to them by actually apllying logic and understanding of human emotions. Its an impressive feat honestly. The mc is also fleshed out. He is not a fully confident all knowing person, he is human. And he in a way is broken. The author tries to make a different mc that is not perfect, but flawed in many ways. Its absolutely wonderful to finally see a character that is able to grow. And the final thing that i will touch on, mainly because it is something i love and respect the most, is the mcs original world and the way reincarnation affects the mc. Unlike other novels whose mc quickly shakes off any memory of his original world, in this one the original world is alive and well in the mc. It lives through him due to the fact that it caused his broken mentality. Every time the mc is cynical, untrusting, or unreasonably angry, you as the reader know that he is still affected by his old life. As for him reincarnating, he does not forget about it. In fact he even dwells on it, making him create goals revolving around this mysterious and magical occurence that happened to him. It even makes him question his own existence and what it means for the future. This is something i truly admire, and i believe it makes the novel even better in its own way.

Sigh. This is not even funny anymore. With all the things he experienced you'd figure that he'd be much more mature now. He even found peace when he for the first time experience death. And here we get, a frustrated petulant little b*tch who has anger issues. Not gonna lie i was really hooked at the start and thought this story is going to be big with all the possible worlds the MC may travel into. Instead here we are, stuck in the sh*tty world he is now, scared and dont want to die because he felt warmth for the first time. How laughable, what happened to his tempered Will? The one made him have a strength to commit suicide? I expected to much from this novel yet was betrayed. Dropping this novel.
Would've made a second one of these reviews but this one hits all the points. I wait eagerly for every new chapter. I have even told my friends and family of this book and they have all been telling me of the book and how wonderfully real this story is.

This was when the reviews was riddled with spammers and the author keep deleting negative reviews. Posted this because i was baited with those review bots when the actual novel is sht. My review still stands and unbiased. I wouldn't recommend this novel to anyone.

Right.. because people mature like bananas, wait for a a few days and you will have a fully ripened banana. So either you are 1) a monkey and you thing people are bananas, 2) too young to understand the psychology of humans (that is understandable though so in this case no fault for you) 3) Just a classic internet hater The book is very realistic in its fantasy setting, the characters are very nicely fledged out even the side characters, the world is little by little revealed and is quite beautifully build (if you like fantasy settings of cource) All in all a very enjoyable read that i anticipate every day to ready the next 2 charters. But i will give you the reason of the doubt if you have a better novel to recommend than this with fantasy setting and realistic characters i will be happy to know!

Bro are you stupid? You would only kill yourself because you have no reason or will to live, not because you have a strong will or something stupid like that. That "warmth" provided a reason to live, something he didn't want to lose, so of course someone would be scared of losing such a thing. Go and enjoy novels with one dimensional characters if that's how you think.
