Review Detail of Lora_Dale in The Rise of Xueyue

I was wondering why the total views of this novel was way lower than Yang Feng’s story, and I just figured out that the female lead here was very annoying. The story was pretty decent revolving around LX’s journey in love. I was expecting that she would aspire to become a female soldier, but she turned out spoiled just after few years of being with her foster family. That was probably the inconsistency in her character design. The depth in character development was lacking, and her traits were not attractive enpugh for the male protagonists to fall for her. She has had witty comebacks, but that’s just it. Yun Zhen’s character was superb! There was a point that I couldn’t fathom him falling for LX. I feel like LX’s trait of ‘being kind’ was obviously being pushed with no substance. I legit couldn’t think of a time that she was genuinely kind. She’s probably nice, but not kind.
