This author's stories are really good. but asking too much SS.... So i already stopped reading. every book ask SS after at least 30 chapters. Even translated stories doesn't need SS like this

It's not the author. It auto generate how much SS is neated base on word count. If it's 12, that mean she must write a lot for 1 chapter.
