Why is that if the MC is the one who NTR others its justified...? But if another character (minor characters/villains) NTR the MC, it always make others rage quit? it was because, shisui didn't have much scene time and i liked shisui more than any other uchiha

Because ur reading from the perspective of the MC. Unless you’re looking from a 3rd person perspective or just have an NTR fetish (🤢🤮🤮), you would think this is justified because you would be ok doing this if you were there instead of the MC
