I was hesitant to start this novel because it was out of my normal genre that I read. Honestly it’s been a great change of pace. Who knew that haunted house genre would be so interesting! The MC is excellent and smart! The plot armor is very thin and at times feels like he could go under any moment! Excellent novel!

Well, to be fair death would probably not be the end for him anyways. At this point he is practically married to a homicidal yandere ghost - girl, his shadow tries to kill him, his phone tries to kill him. Actually dying and returning as a red specter probably wouldn't make that big a difference to the story.
