I liked to story, is exactly like any other wuxia novel, OP FL and ML, super badass, "I can do anything I was an assassin/doctor", but what dissatisfied me was the characters and yall know which ones? The fl and ML ofc OK ,she's funny but sometimes she exaggerates and she annoyed me with her attitude, she overestimates herself and shes always rude, it doesn't matter who. I feel bad for her ex fiancé, the third prince, he's such a husband material. The ml,the same cold hearted and extremely handsome man which we find in every clishe chinese novel,his character isn't written at the best and why he falls in love with the fl... I still didn't understand it. A little too fast and without a clear motive. Just because she has a devilish smile and pretty eyes? Cmon. [img=faceslap] The fact that he has a "Tower of beauties" angered me the most, this can be translated as a "brothel" and ofc... how he abducts doctors didn't make me feel less bad, he forces them to work for him in order to cure his illness? From what I remember that's why. And after he realises his feelings the fl, I was disappointed in fl, he helped her in any way possible but she was always rude and mean to him, I couldn't stand it. I know you don’t love him but at least treat him as a friend /with a lil respect u know? 🤡 The same with her beasts, she has a bad character, no wonder Phoenix calls her "foolish woman" And yeah, I nearly forgot, the little details about p*nis/ butt made me slightly uncomfortable, there a very few and maybe I shouldn't mention it but I can't help myself. She's totally a perv😣

He said he didn't like women but he once tried to sleep with /touch 2 ladies from there "because he didn't understand his feelings" (rubbish) and wanted to verify why with mc is different. Although he didn't do much with the 2 ladies, I still couldn't help myself to dislike him,the existence of the tower itself with him as the boss/master it makes me uncomfortable.

I tried to read all the cultivation novels with female protagonists on this app, and the only ones that I liked are The good for nothing seventh miss (my fav, slow burn romance), Venomous consort above and evil king (the romance is more present here, the MC is a little too in love with the ml and she's ignores her friends/her cultivation process but idk, it's not really that bad ), Insanely pampered wife divine doctor fifth young miss (love this one too too bad the translations are barely close the the final 😭), Unprecedented pill refiner entitled ninth young lady (The indomitable master of elixirs) in this one the MC is fresh, not really the maiden type haha 😂The rebirth of the malicious Empress of military lineage this one is historical, but is still good. Other cultivation novels with female mcs.. Sadly I searched all over the internet and I didn't find any good, maybe Lady cultivator, Refuse to Marry the Demon Emperor (not translated, just 11 chs (╥_╥)) and Divine Phoenix (not sure if the title is corect 🤔) are good but in rest all the novels u find in this app or in any other sites are GARBAGE. All of them are clishe, the mcs super stupid so yeah :'< Hope I helped you 💖

It's not easy to be a man after travelling to the future is a good novel too, similar to the cultivation ones but what is different is that here are mechanical things /mecha/robots, but I can guarantee that there is good friendship and romance (slow burn)

im definitely going to read your recommendations. i agree gdbbm was amazing it has slow romance, but its completely perfect i cant even begin to describe the feelings i got from that book. but i think because i started with that i have too much high of a standard for the other historical romance books HAHAHA well, what to do. but thank you! im gonna read maybe the mtl once i get too into the books you recommended. have a nice dayyyy!

I read 500 chapters and when I found out that the novel is in hiatus I stopped and now I'm waiting for the author to finish it and then re-read. (╥_╥) But I don't have much hope, probably in 1 2 years the novel will be complete

i really hope so too, because it seems like the kind of novel id go for where there is the growth of the MC and romance as well which is not ridiculously fast paced and too much drama. adding to it where she covers up as a guy, it sounds perfect. let hope they finish the novel soon hahahah
