Without a doubt, this is one of the very best novels on this site. The Story was consistent and well thought-out (can't stress this on enough) The Characters were..... very detailed, to say the least. And about the ending..... Well tbh as much as i am sad and overwhelmed at the Ending, as well as utterly devastated that i can't read this story anymore, that THIS is the end, The ending is pretty logical. And with that every reader on the site, grab their pitchforks and march right on my home.... Heh! u can't! there's a pandemic going! Ok, Enough venting my frustration over the ending onto other people... The reason i think that the ending is logical......enough is because of The Birth/Return of a Lord Of Mysteries. As u probably know, The sefirots are currently sealed by the last Lord of Mysteries, The Celestial worthy of heaven and earth. And it is shown time and time again that the deities (orthodox ones for start) are more than capable of defending earth, and the only reason they can't do more is due the lack of sefirots. Seeing the circumstances of the impending apocalypse, even if The Celestial worthy of heaven and earth returns instead of klein, he'll still free the sefirots, he will still protect earth, he still won't hurt the people klein cares about. And u have to remember something, this was never about klein tbh, it was always about the impending apocalypse, and it is only logical that after the return of a Lord of Mysteries the series should end. Because even if the Lord of Mysteries in question doesn't free the sefirots, "He" still should very well be a Pillar and not a ordinary Great Old One and using his authority and level he can very well suppress the Outer Gods even someone like Mother Tree of Desire who can be considered a half pillar. And even if that couldn't have worked, considering a Dual pathway amon could for a period strengthen the barrier keeping the outer gods, A Lord of Mysteries could definitely do it indefinitely and probably even repair it, effectively nullifying the threat of the impending apocalypse. And finally, and arguably the most important, i guess u can call it a fact, Klein didn't die! He is the one who woke up, as it is clearly shown in the last segment of the novel, where he high-fives his niece (The daughter of Benson) through a rather un-complicated and meaningful ritual. Thus it is only logical to say, that The story is hereby completed
