Extremely inconsistent pacing. There's absolutely no build up to events, no motivation explained, nor any indicative description - instead, this novel just skips through entire scenarios, somehow expecting the reader to connect the dots. If that wasn't enough, the story rapidly changes direction. One minute it's an empire destroying catastrophe, next minute the MC is in love with a women, and announcing to the world that she's his wife. Of course, if that wasn't enough there's suddenly a dozen chapters of MC and Natalie's love story. The author has a horrible tendency of wish-fulfillment, it's evident from how randomly the fe-tis-hes are thrown into the story. Completing ruining a prospective marvel. Sad. Comment might be deleted.
