This webnovel is over 3000 chapters and should be less than half of the way done considering the main character still hasnt embarked on his grand voyage. Exlor's writing is filled with excessive dialog, detail and explanation. It's clear this saga is just meandering without a clear timeline and will inevitably take 10 years to write or eventually go on permanent hiatus due to a loss in popularity or author's eventual loss of interest. Getting invested would be a mistake.

The guy's been posting 3-5 chapters every day absolutely milking directly from the reader's teats. I've read till chapter 1200ish and the amount of pointless chapters that do nothing to progress the story is astounding. He'd give Naruto a run for their money with the amount of filler in this novel. I had stopped reading for about a year and the chapter count increased 2k chapters what novel on this site has 4k chapters? Sad to see the degradation of this novel as the first few hundred chapters were great, but as soon Ves joined the war the story was going nowhere fast with so many useless chapters and the author phasing out the system. Like this a system novel and the only reason Ves got to his position is thanks to the system.
As somebody that loves extremely long novels, having 4.5k as of now, it should be aa plus for me, the problem is that is not 4.5k chapters of story and development, but 4.5k chapters of filler, it's not so long because the story is long and have a lot of different arcs to it, is long because every single stupid irrelevant arc last a hundreds of chapters.- In the first 200 chapters the MC gets to apprentice, next level is journeyman, 4k chapters later, he is still a journeyman, not even a senior much less a master, it's ridiculous, it's a great story but unless you wanna waste your life, is better to avoid it like a plague.-
