Yepp, he's not yet betrayed the village. That whole plot point will likely be postponed a bit since Danzo is out of the picture tho. Orochimaru himself will likely leave at some point to pursue his experiments, but it may take more time for him to be able to break off from the village

Oh, I'm just going by the narrative that Hanzo is somewhat relative to the current God of Shinobi. In truth, the Hokage would technically be an easier opponent for Mifune than Hanzo due to the lack of poison. Both the Hokage and Mifune are strong af tho, we're talking the top 0.1% of the top 0.1% of the world, it could go either way in every direction

Welp, Mifune stood his ground against Hanzo much better than the 3 Sannin put together, that much is true. But he still lost, which instantly makes him weaker than the Hokage. He's not really the weakest leader in the alliance, but he's not the strongest either

I mean, in the chunin exam that Naruto competed in, ppl were literally slaughtering each other before even reaching the preliminaries, so it leads you to think that it's a 'no hold barred' kind of thing.

Jokes about the MC's blindness weren't ever that uncommon before. I'm just having more fun while writing, not everyone seems to think it's overdone just yet, so all's good for now. Tonally speaking, a few jokes won't change anything, since this entire arc's tone is positive to begin with.

Seeing this late, It's only been explained briefly by the toad sage. It has bene a while indeed tho. But to put it simply, he's not really a perfect vessel for the current 10 tails as he is another tailed beast formed from nature energy(like the last 10 tails). Hagoromo's fear was that another 10 tails would appear in the world, and the mc is essentially that fear materialized in Kurama's eyes at least(since kurama remembers Hagoromo's fears)

Nothing wrong with a bit of fun among friends in a now more peaceful time. But the mc is still heavily featured in this arc, not like he's fazed out. Very minor spoiler: he'll also have an exhibition match later on at the end of chunin exams(not with any of the kids tho)

Yee, power creep is going to be an issue regardless, but I'll try to keep things more grounded for the mc, not making him too op and whatnot. Still, I want to make the Dark Brotherhood as strong as a bustling Hidden Village, like the Leaf that has several kage-level individuals, so it wouldn't be too story-breaking.

Yepp most likely. Some of the blades are already kage level due to their fighting style(Akira/Second Blade) and some aren't that far from it(Tosho and Saburo). But we ain't talking about the level of the 5 Great Kage here, just regular Kage Level fighters.
