Because IMU will literally turn the MC's a* hole inside out if he shows up alone and tries to erase the holy land. Simply killing everyone besides IMU and the elders in a wide-range attack won't matter(if IMU doesn't simply stop it in the first place). Kaido's death was not that great, in retrospect, he hadn't ever gotten to fight Francisco at full power and was taken down due to his arrogance without even the chance to awaken his fruit or put up a good fight(fights between emperors can last entire days, but he got dog walked in minutes after Francisco arrived). It's been stated that it's essentially his fate to awaken Nika, which is essentially the only thing that kept him alive, that and his awakening in the last moment. I do understand and heavily agree that some things could've been written better, but hey, I still tried :))

It's been said in the story specifically that the second war ended with the Sannin becoming the Sannin, and the third war started like two years after in this story. In the original, I believe the gap between them was only around a year, but Minato was still a kid when it started. The war in the original took around 8-9 years in total, which is the time he used to essentially become an adult and train offbrand team 7. After the war it ain't long before he becomes hokage(like, under 5 years) and his wife gives birth and he croaks alongside her

Not sure, never watched that series. But I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the first to think of this, it's literally the most basic thing you can do to spice things up and it's just sad that Kishimoto was lazy about it

Well. I wouldn't call it normal, but in the recent chapters, he's able to alter his appearance freely for the most part(shifting muscles and changing his height at will), so you can say that he can become a bit more normal if he so wishes

That situation was a bit different. I'm pretty sure they introduced a way for tailed beasts to die permanently without being absorbed just to kill Kurama. I don't really follow boruto tho, in my eyes everything relating to the Otsutsuki clan(the most important thing in Boruto) is part of a GIGANTIC retcon that ruined the naruto series and its ending, so I don't really care for it.

Yepp, Tailed Beasts never actually die. The 7-Tailed Beast will at one point in the future reform somewhere in nature too

It's canon that the Hiramekarei can shift its shape, it's essentially moulded by the user's chakra.

Since I decided to make the Tailed Beasts less boring. They are extremely generic chakra beasts in the original, which is potential wasted in my opinion. I both redesigned the chakra cloaks of each individual jinchuriki based on thier Tailed beast and made each beast different and more special in some way
